Dear Amberta Customer,

At Amberta, we want you to absolutely love your jewellery. While we take pride in the excellent quality of our pieces, we understand that sometimes things happen. That’s why we’ve made our return process as simple and hassle-free as possible.

 

We aim to process every claim within 24 hours of receiving your return (excluding weekends) for a quick resolution. If there’s an issue with your package, like a damaged item or any discrepancies with your order, don’t worry – we offer returns, replacements, and full refunds to customers worldwide.

Not quite what you expected? - Choose Your Preferred Resolution 

Should there be any issue with your jewellery purchase, you
have the flexibility to choose from the following resolutions: 

  • Replacement:
    We are happy to offer you a replacement of the same item. 
  • Refund:
    We will promptly issue a refund to the original payment method. 
  • Product Exchange: If you wish to explore other jewellery from our collection, we can help you find the perfect piece that suits your taste. Choose a product of equal or higher value or you will be required to cover any price difference.

1 Year Warranty & 90-Day Hassle-Free Returns 

We offer a 90-day return policy on all Amberta products. If your jewellery doesn’t meet your expectations within 90 days of purchase, we’re here to assist you.

After 90 days, feel free to still contact us – we'll review any quality concerns and do our best to replace your item. Plus, all Amberta products come with a 1-year warranty, covering any manufacturing defects for your peace of mind.

Return Costs 

  • UK: We offer free returns to all UK customers. 

  • Outside of the UK: Returns are free of charge only if you receive a damaged product or the item is not as described. In such cases, we will provide a full refund, including the return shipping cost using the most economical postal service.

Return Process (UK ONLY)

Returning your jewellery to Amberta is a simple process: 

  1. Please return to us using our Freepost address and include your Order ID so it is easily recognisable on arrival:

  2. Once your item has returned to us, we will initiate your Refund or Exchange it for the same item or one of greater value.  

We recycle your returned jewellery 

We’re committed to giving your fine jewellery a second life. Nearly 100% of returned precious metal pieces, made from 925 Silver and Gold, are fully recycled to prevent waste. If your jewellery is damaged or darkened, feel free to send it back - we’re here to help.

Through our partnership with Umicore, a global leader in metal recycling, returned jewellery is melted, refined, and resold for reuse in new designs and industries. This closed-loop process keeps precious metals in circulation, reducing waste and supporting sustainability.
