Sustainability
Our Product Journey
Developed in Edinburgh
Our Product Research & Development team develops our jewellery at our Edinburgh office in Scotland, working closely with our suppliers to create the highest quality pieces.
Responsible Materials
Our jewellery is sourced from jewellery suppliers who prioritise recyclable metals and responsibly sourced stones, who have been certified by sets of ethics and sustainability standards and organisations. We are actively mapping and verifying material sources for greater transparency in our sourcing practices. Find out more about Our Materials here.
Low Impact Orders & Transport
Once we confirm our samples, we order our products. We ensure adequate planning and route optimisation, like combining shipments, to reduce our carbon footprint. We strive to reuse packing materials sent from our shipments where possible.
Assay Assured & Hallmarked
Once our jewellery arrives, we go through each piece to ensure the highest quality, before sending our precious metal jewellery to our Edinburgh Assay office to be Hallmarked and stamped for genuine metal authentication. Find out more about how we’re an Assay Assured Retailer here.
Marketing and Listing
Our Design and Marketing teams photograph and list each product, ensuring every detail is captured to reflect the quality and craftsmanship of our jewellery. We prioritise clear, accurate descriptions and beautiful imagery to showcase our commitment to high quality.
Customer Packing
Our Warehouse team then carefully packs each order with attention to detail, ensuring every item is handled with care. They also efficiently manage returns, customer queries, and order processing, always striving to provide a seamless and positive customer experience. Please find out more about our packaging here.
Circular Returns & Precious Metal Recycling Initiative
Returned or broken precious metal jewellery is collected through our Returns initiative in partnership with Umicore. The metals are expertly melted down, refined, and reintroduced into supply chains, where they are repurposed for use in new jewellery, electronics, automotive, and industrial applications.
