90-Day Hassle-Free Returns
We provide a 90-day return policy for eligible 925 sterling silver and 9ct gold products. If, within 90 days of your purchase, the jewellery you ordered doesn't meet your expectations, we are here to assist you.
*Note that earrings of any type are not eligible for returns due to sanitary reasons.

You will then be required to pay any price difference between the returned and exchanged items.
Return Process
Returning your jewellery to Amberta is a simple process.
- Contact Us: To initiate a return, contact us at customersupport@amberta.com. Provide your order number and a brief description of the issue/reason for the return. Our friendly customer support team will then guide you through the whole process.
- Return Instructions: Once your return request is approved, we will provide detailed instructions on how to send the item back to us. Please securely package your jewellery to prevent any damage during transit.
Return Costs
- UK: We offer free returns to all UK customers.
- Outside of the UK: Returns are free of charge only if you receive a damaged product or the item is not as described. In such cases, we will provide a full refund, including the return shipping cost.
