1. Orders and Payments

Can I cancel my order?

We all make mistakes or, like us, you’re very quick to change your mind!

However, our team cannot guarantee amendments or cancellations to your order, but if you have just placed your order, you can contact our support team via email and we will assist as best we can! If it hasn't left our
warehouses then we can cancel it.

In case you want to cancel an order that has been dispatched already, you will have to wait for it to arrive to you and return the product. Please check our Returns policies for the conditions.

Can I amend my order?

When amending an order, the things we can easily change for you are delivery addresses and contact information. Note this can be only done if the order has not been shipped yet! In case the order has been shipped already, we will, unfortunately, have to wait for the item to be returned to our address.


If you’re looking to add another item to your order, we suggest placing a separate order.

Which method of payment can I use?

We accept Apple Pay, Google Pay, Shop Pay, American Express, Discover, Maestro, Mastercard, Visa and PayPal.

2. Shipping and Returns

Where do you ship?

We ship worldwide.

How long does it take to ship an order?

We act quick!

We aim to process and ship the order within the next 24 hours, excluding weekends. Sometimes it can take a day longer depending on the number of orders.

How much does the shipping cost?

We offer free shipping!


Within the UK, we send orders with 1st Class delivery via Royal Mail. This usually takes 1-3 days.
We also offer next day Special Delivery which cost 5.99 GBP.

For all the international orders we provide Free Delivery. Due to recent Covid-19, some shipments can take longer.
Estimated delivery times for Europe are 2-4 weeks. The rest of the world takes between 3 and 6 weeks.

How can I track my order?

Unfortunately, tracking is not provided within our free delivery policy. However, we have been using this practice for a long time and it proved to be efficient in reaching the destination.

Do you accept returns?

We offer 90 days of hassle-free returns from the ship date on any unworn merchandise. Free returns label within the UK.

How can I return a product?

When returning any product be sure you get in touch with us before you post your return via email. We are always happy to resolve any issues in the best way that we can.

Make sure you add your order number (WEBxxxx) to the package or leave a note inside. We aim to process the returns within 24 hours of receiving the item.

How do I know my jewellery size?

Is your jewellery hallmarked?

Our jewellery is stamped with a 925 metal purity stamp and with our brand's hallmark to show its authenticity. The 925 purity grade is more generally known as Sterling Silver and it's considered the very best for silver jewellery. This means our pieces are made with a minimum of 92,5% pure silver.

Sterling Silver is also a base metal we use for our Gold Plated pieces. These pieces are dip into an electroplating solution with solid gold, applying a thin layer of gold to the base metal. Keep in mind this layer is thin and can wear off.

Our gold pieces are made out of genuine 9K gold. 9K is gold that contains a higher percentage of alloy metals to make it strong enough for everyday wear. Therefore, it is more affordable than 18K gold.
